What started as a loan mother SCOBY back in March this year has expanded, and the Simulation Centre has reached out to a number of other teams around the hospital (and around the country) to get the most use out of the SCOBY product.
We caught up with the Simulation Centre Manager, Melita Macdonald and one of our anaesthetists, Raj Palepu, to hear about the SCOBY farm and how the product is being used in a variety of training scenarios.
