Who are we?
We are registered speech-language therapists who specialise in communication and feeding in children. We work alongside other professionals in the hospital and community to support families in these areas.
Unlike the speech-language therapists at the Ministry of Education, we don’t work directly with children with speech, language and communication needs. If your child has difficulties in these areas, you can learn more about possible supports through the Ministry of Education here.
Who do we see?
We see children with feeding difficulties ranging from delayed oral motor skills to severely restricted diets. We also see children for developmental assessments who may have social, communication and learning difficulties.
