Attached is an exciting opportunity to be part of the establishment of three new Clinical Networks in the Hutt Valley region.
The Clinical Networks have been established under the Hutt Inc mandate, and will oversee key service development and integration initiatives in three areas – Acute Demand, Child Health and Long Term Conditions.
We are looking for participation from clinicians, managers and consumers to participate in these networks and support the vision of more integrated services supporting the needs of patients.
