Pedestrian and vehicle access to Heretaunga Block Saturday 1 May

From 7am to 5pm tomorrow, the main entrance to Hutt Hospital (Heretaunga Block) and surrounding area at the front of the building, will be closed while a tree is removed by our contractors.

This will mean that pedestrian and vehicle access between gates 1 and 2 in front of the main hospital entrance will be blocked off.

Vehicles can still enter both gates during this time, but will be unable to drive between them. The outpatients carpark will also be closed.

A health and safety management team will be in place to direct and divert visitors and vehicles.
