Getting remote access through Citrix
Remote access to our network is provided through the Citrix portal. The Citrix portal gives you access to our intranet and all the programs you use on your work computer.
You can access Citrix on your home computer, or using an Android or Apple device.
Changes are being made to the Citrix gateway and you will soon be required to use Multifactor authentication (MFA) to log on. Multifactor authentication allows our systems to confirm who you are so you can access the applications you need to do your job. We encourage you to enrol in MFA as soon as you can.
