Board members
The Board is responsible for overall governance of Hutt Valley DHB and is accountable to the Minister of Health. Board members must work together in a financially responsible manner and in the best interests of the health of our regions whole population.

Board meetings
The Board holds two meetings, one of which is open to the public.
Board meetings are on a Friday the first session from 9am is Open to the Public, allowing members of the public to attend and to speak to the Board about items on the agenda.
